Welcome to Pixie Charms! By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order. 

1. General

These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made through the Pixie Charms website. We reserve the right to update or change any part of these terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically.

2. Products

All products listed on our website are carefully sourced and selected for quality. Please note that colours and shapes may vary slightly due to lighting or screen settings. Limited edition items may not be restocked once sold out.

3. Pricing & Payment

We accept secure payments via Mastercard, Visa, Immediate EFT, Mobicred, and RCS (Makro, Builders & Game) accounts. Full payment must be received before any order is processed.

4. Shipping

All orders are shipped for a flat rate of R80 via Pudo locker-to-locker, handled by The Courier Guy. Delivery takes approximately 3–5 working days to reach the recipient locker. Once your order is ready for shipping, we will contact you to arrange your preferred recipient locker.

5. Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Send a clear photo of the damaged item, along with your order number, to hey@pixiecharms.co.za. Replacements or refunds will be issued at our discretion.

6. Custom Orders

We currently do not offer custom or personalized orders.

7. Privacy Policy

Your personal information is used solely for processing your order and arranging delivery. We respect your privacy and will never share your information with third parties without your consent.
